Feb 10, 2007 · I know that's what the stock diff cover tags say and I used to say the same thing when these threads came up but the general opinion is 2 quarts per diff.....ESPECIALLY if running Rock Crusher or equivilant covers that are deeper or running adjusted pinion angles

The RockCrusher covers will hold a little bit more oil than the stock covers. I have seen, been told a few different ways to fill your differentials, one being fill to the edge of the fill hole, another fill to ½” below the fill hole, and even another that said put in what the factory said to put in. Strange how that amount does not come out of the differential in the first place

Ive had to redo the seal 3 times cause it kept blowing out the RTV and now it seams that the fill plug is leaking. Anyone else have this problem? Im gonna put my stock cover back on if I cant get

Aug 31, 2009 · Yea, a Rockcrusher cover is not designed to reduce heat like a Mag-Hytec one is. Its comparing apples to oranges. However, the Rockcrusher one probably will dissipate the heat marginally better than a stock cover. I got mine from Jeepin Outfitters
